At Mythic Moksha, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasional discrepancies may occur. If we are unable to fulfill all items in your order due to stock unavailability, we will proceed to fulfill the available products and promptly contact you. You will have the option to await restocking of the backordered item or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for all orders within India with a total value equal to or greater than INR 299. For orders below INR 299, an additional shipping charge may apply. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected along with your purchase. Please note that Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional cash handling fee.

Delivery Terms

Dispatch Time: Most of our products are typically dispatched on the same day if ordered before 11:00 AM (local time). Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next day. Please note that dispatching and shipping times for each product are displayed on the respective product pages. While the majority of our products are dispatched promptly, some may require 3-7 days before dispatch. Please check the dispatching and shipping times on each product page for accurate information.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments generally take 3-7 days to arrive. However, transit times may vary due to factors such as lockdowns, weather conditions, etc.

Transit Time Internationally: Currently, we only deliver within India and do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time Exceeded or Lost in Transit: If the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@mythicmoksha.in. After investigating the situation, Mythic Moksha reserves the right to determine if the order is eligible for a refund or replacement.

Change Of Delivery Address: We can accommodate change of delivery address requests before the order is dispatched. Please contact us at support@mythicmoksha.in for assistance.

P.O. Box Shipping: We do not ship to P.O. box addresses if our courier service partners do not support these locations.

Items Out Of Stock: In the event of stock discrepancies, we will fulfill available products and offer the option to await restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Cash on Delivery Orders: For COD orders, our Customer Support team will contact you via SMS or automated call to confirm the order. Please confirm or cancel the order at that time. COD orders are not eligible for refunds, but our replacement policy still applies.

Return to Origin: If a package is undelivered and returned to origin, we will reship the order upon receiving the original package. We reserve the right to determine the order's eligibility for a refund.

We kindly remind our customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address during the ordering process. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, we cannot offer replacements or refunds. Therefore, please double-check your address details before placing your order.

Examples; Purchasing both digital and physical products in one order

Example for prepaid orders: If you buy the eBook along with a Posters, you'll receive the eBook instantly upon payment, while the Posters will be delivered within 3-5 business days, as stated on the product page.
Example for Cash On Delivery Orders: If you choose Cash On Delivery and order the eBook along with posters, you'll need to pay the COD amount for the plant upon delivery. After payment, you'll receive an email notifying you that the eBook is available for download in your account.
