Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

 

Mythic Moksha (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.mythicmoksha.in)(“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. To facilitate this, please contact our customer support team within one hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, after this timeframe, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Upon receiving your cancellation request within one hour, we will promptly halt the processing of your order. You will then receive a confirmation email from us within 1-5 business hours. Prepaid orders will be refunded in full within 3-7 business days.

Digital products cannot be canceled because they have instant delivery. Upon payment, you will receive the product immediately, so there is no cancellation policy for digital products.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, kindly reach out to our customer support team within one hour of placing your order. We appreciate any additional information you can provide to expedite the process. Following your request, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 1-5 business hours. Subsequently, the refund process will commence, and you will receive a full refund within 3-7 business days.

Return and Replacement Policy

At Mythic Moksha, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that we do not accept returns or replacements for reasons such as a change of mind or accidental orders, given the nature of our business.

Unfortunately, cash on delivery orders are only eligible for replacement and are not eligible for refunds.

Digital products are not eligible for refund or replacement. However, if you encounter any issues with downloading products, please contact our customer support, and they will resolve the issue. Other than that, there are no returns, replacements, or refunds for digital products.

We do offer refunds or replacements for products that:

– Incorrect products delivered
– Products arrive damaged

To expedite resolution, please provide a verifiable unboxing video highlighting any issues. Failure to provide this video may impede our ability to process your refund or replacement, subject to case-by-case review. Additionally, Mythic Moksha reserves the right to grant or deny refunds or replacements, also subject to case-by-case evaluation.

Requests for replacement or refund must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, which must be in its original packaging and the same condition as when delivered.

Return and Replacement Process

1. Submit a verifiable unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product, highlighting any damage or discrepancies.
2. Send the unboxing video to support@mythicmoksha.in for our team’s review.
3. Our support team will assess the footage and verify the reported issues.
4. If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement process accordingly.

Refund/Replacement Time

Once you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will promptly initiate the process. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Unfortunately, cash on delivery orders are only eligible for replacement and are not eligible for refunds.

Lost Package Policy

In the rare event of a package being lost in transit, please adhere to the following policy:

– All claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
– We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
– Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, and consider reaching out to the shipping carrier for assistance in locating the lost order.

Examples; Purchasing both digital and physical products in one order

Refund/Replacement

Example: If you purchase an eBook along with a physical poster, and unfortunately, you receive a damaged or incorrect poster, you can only return or replace the poster. You’ll receive a refund for the poster’s amount or a replacement for the poster only. The eBook remains non-refundable.
