If there is an issue with the order you have received, we kindly ask that you provide a clear video/photo of the product(s) clearly displaying the damaged part(s). One of our service team members will be happy to further assist in resolving this issue! You can send the photo of the faulty product to our WhatsApp or email.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above 299 rupees. For orders below 299 rupees, there is a fixed shipping fee of 49 rupees.
